Here’s what you can expect when you work with us
Services & Guarantees
- We can only guarantee our work and only our work.
- We won’t “just top it up” for you because there’s a leak. Please don’t ask.
- All reasonable accommodations within the scope of work will be made to ensure safety. Should this require more time and materials to make the site safe for work, will be required for approvals prior to commencing work.
Rates
- All Call Outs Subject to Truck Charge: $52.
- Our Hourly Rate is $125.00/hour.
- Residential Call Outs Require $250.00 deposit at time of booking to secure service call (100% applied to invoice).
Estimates
- Scope of work signed off on before any work exceeding $250.00 is initiated (excluding applicable taxes & regulatory/environmental fees).
- Due to risk; we are unable to give “ball-parks“ without seeing the project and to develop an informed scope of work for both parties.
- All quotes valid for 30 days unless communicated in scope.
- Please know, we make every effort to ensure our prices on the website are up to date to avoid any surprises. They may be subject to change before we have a chance to update them.

Serene Cooling is in good standing with Worksafe and all required trade certifications and licensing.
- Serene Cooling takes the health and safety of our team seriously, and will not commence work if we are unable to ensure safe access and working conditions for our team.
- There is a mutual understanding that all technicians will have free and clear access to all areas to complete the work order. This includes but is not limited to equipment, access panels, roof access, mechanical rooms etc.
